By using Marjan Online Digital Services or requesting a service, the client agrees to provide accurate information, clear requirements and timely feedback. Services include website development, CV writing, WordPress setup, Shopify setup, SEO content, business profile writing and website maintenance.
Work Start and Payment
Work will begin after advance payment or written confirmation according to the agreed scope. Final files, website credentials or completed deliverables may be shared after agreed payment completion.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business details, legal information, images, content, account access and CV details where required. Delivery time depends on complete information and timely feedback.
Third Party Costs
Domain, hosting, premium plugin, paid theme, stock image, payment gateway, external tool, email service, advertising budget or third party subscription will be charged separately unless clearly included in the package.
No Misleading Guarantees
We do not guarantee Google ranking, Google Ads approval, instant sales, account approval, visa approval, job selection or employer response. We prepare professional, policy friendly and practical digital structures.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute or service related matter will be handled according to the agreed scope, written communication and applicable Pakistani law.
