Ownership of custom final deliverables transfers only as described in the applicable written agreement and after required payments are completed. Pre-existing tools, licensed themes/plugins, fonts, stock assets, open-source components and third-party services remain subject to their respective licences.

Clients must not ask us to use content, software or assets they are not authorized to use.

Cancellation, refunds and suspension

Project cancellation and refund treatment is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any project-specific written agreement. Work may be paused where required information, approvals or agreed payments remain outstanding.
